Privacy Policy
Curve Count ("the app") is operated by Michael Hicks ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the app collects, why, and what you can do about it. Questions: support@curvecount.app.
What we collect
Account information
- Full name, display name and email address.
- Gender and date of birth, if you enter them during sign-up.
- If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and email from that provider. With Apple, you can choose to hide your email; we then receive a private relay address.
Measurements and settings
- Glute and waist measurements and the dates you log them.
- Your glute goal, preferred units and reminder frequency.
Feedback you send
- The message and type (bug, idea, other) you submit through "Send feedback".
- The app version, build number, operating system, OS version and device model, so we can reproduce bugs.
What stays on your device
- Your profile photo. The photo itself is not uploaded.
- Your workout history.
- Your reminder schedule. Reminders are local notifications created on your phone.
What we don't do
- We don't show ads.
- We don't track you across other apps or websites.
- We don't sell or rent your data.
- We don't use third-party analytics.
How we use your data
- To create and secure your account.
- To store your measurements and show your progress, including on a new phone after you sign in.
- To read and respond to feedback and fix bugs.
Who processes your data
- Supabase hosts our database and handles sign-in. Data is stored in the United States.
- Apple and Google handle sign-in if you choose those options.
We share data only with these service providers, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and measurements until you delete your account.
Deleting your account
In the app, go to Profile → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account, profile and measurements from our servers and clears the app's data on that device. Feedback you sent is kept, but it is no longer linked to your account.
If you can't access the app, email support@curvecount.app from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@curvecount.app.
Children
Curve Count is not intended for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Not medical advice
Curve Count is a fitness tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. Talk to a qualified professional before starting a new training or diet plan.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be announced in the app.
